The two Horizon 2020 projects ENSMOV and streamSAVE invite you for a joint workshop discussing the issue of additionality in the context of Article 7 of the Energy Efficiency Directive (EED). The workshop will start by presenting approaches to address additionality in energy savings calculations and policy monitoring and evaluation. This will then be illustrated with practical examples from Belgium and the UK. The workshop will be concluded with an open discussion with the participants about additionality issues.
